We have already covered in these newsletters several aspects of the boom that electromobility is experiencing. In that sense, 2022 was an exceptional year for this industry. How much do you think sales of light electric vehicles grew in 2022 compared to the previous year?

55%. More than 10 million light electric vehicles were sold worldwide in 2022, 55% more than in 2022-and a higher volume than all cars sold in Europe, which totaled 9.5 million-and compares with a 3% drop in total global light vehicle sales in 2022. Last year closed with a total electric light vehicle fleet of 26 million units, 60% more than the number recorded in 2021, according to the International Energy Agency (EIA).
