Taking the first six months of 2022, the FYNSA Total Return fund shows the best return among Chilean equity investment funds according to the ranking published by El Mercurio Inversiones, with a return of 25.53% for the period. Meanwhile, the IPSA had a return of 14.9% in the same period, highlighting the fund's strong performance in outperforming the index by more than 10%.  

The FYNSA Total Return fund's investment portfolio consists of stocks selected through a rigorous selection process. The fund's core philosophy is to maintain an active strategy, selecting a portfolio that differs from the indices, taking advantage of the nature of the Chilean stock market, where some companies have deep coverage, but others have very little. This allows for selectivity and value creation. 

The strategy includes, among other considerations, finding growth catalysts in companies —not just a cheap share price—and thus unlocking shareholder value and, in addition, considering the dividend yield.
