The US real estate market is one of the most active and attractive in the world. In order to analyze these investment opportunities, last Tuesday, December 14, FYNSA held a breakfast in which the real estate services company CBRE, represented by Nicolás Cox, President of CBRE Chile and Argentina, presented the situation of the real estate sector in the US. Gonzalo Colucci, Head of Strategy Uppergrowth, and Pablo Massera, FYNSA AGF Real Estate Manager, presented the FYNSA Upper investment platform and analyzed the status of current assets and new investments to be made by the fund. The event was moderated by Juan Eduardo Biehl, Managing Partner of FYNSA.

During December, the FYNSA Upper Renta Residential US I fund will enter into a new capital contribution commitment to participate in the acquisition of the 464-unit Excelsior & Huntington Class C multifamily condominiums located in Greenspoint, Houston, TX.
