The US real estate market is one of the most active and attractive in the world. To analyze these investment opportunities, on Tuesday, December 14, FYNSA held a breakfast meeting at which the real estate services company CBRE, represented by Nicolás Cox, president of CBRE Chile and Argentina, presented the situation of the real estate sector in the US. Gonzalo Colucci, Head of Strategy Uppergrowth, and Pablo Massera, Real Estate Manager at FYNSA AGF, presented the FYNSA Upper investment platform and analyzed the status of current assets and new investments to be made by the fund. The event was moderated by Juan Eduardo Biehl, Managing Partner at FYNSA.

During December, the FYNSA Upper Renta Residencial US I fund will sign a new capital contribution agreement to participate in the acquisition of the Excelsior & Huntington Class C multifamily condominiums, which have 464 units located in Greenspoint, Houston, TX.
