The Central Bank reported GDP growth of 0.6% in the third quarter of the year. Despite exceeding forecasts, the market was cautious about the result.
In this context, our Chief Economist, Nathan Pincheira told Diario Financiero that "beyond the corrections, (the result) does not imply a substantive change in the dynamics that the Imacec were already delivering on a monthly basis".
"Positive data would be so weak in the coming months that it is not possible to rule out a drop in the Imacec in any particular month."
