In Finanzas y Negocios S.A., FYNSA, a company linked to the financial and investment field, we are looking for an Internal Audit Analyst.

It is required a professional ideally with experience in operational processes of brokerage firms and fund managers, as well as skills in conducting compliance audits in accordance with Circulars N°2054 and N°1869, which address risks in the Brokerage and Fund Management industry. Additionally, he/she must identify and assess the risks associated with the company's operations, investigate and analyze possible irregularities or non-compliance with regulations, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement corrective and preventive measures and keep updated on relevant laws and regulations, including those related to the prevention of crimes and financing of terrorism.

Responsibilities:

-Execute the Annual Audit Plans defined by senior management.

-Perform auditing activities based on analysis of the organization's risk matrix, internal regulations and external regulations defined by the auditing entities.

-Prepare and present reports reflecting the results of the audit and document the process.

-Identify and report process improvement opportunities.

- Interact with all areas audited, with other internal or external auditors and advisors of the Institution.

-Maintain direct and open communication with the board of directors and the audit committee.

Requirements:

-University professional in the careers of: Accounting, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or similar.

-At least 2 years of experience in internal or external auditing.

-CAMV accreditation desirable.
