In Finanzas y Negocios S.A., FYNSA, a company linked to the financial and investment field, we are looking for an Real Estate Investment Analyst.

Commercial / Civil Engineer is required with experience in real estate project analysis, evaluation of construction companies and fixed income financial structures.

He/she must also have analytical skills to model and structure financial operations, as well as to evaluate the associated risks and be able to perform critical analysis of the macro real estate and demographic variables that affect the real estate market.

Perform document management and constant monitoring of the portfolio, which will include, among other tasks, portfolio classification (by duration, type and currency), review of financial statements, performance monitoring (IRR, MOIC, etc.), AUM evolution and writing monthly market commentaries..

We are looking for dynamic, methodical, analytical, self-sufficient, decisive people with excellent interpersonal skills, good communication and expression, and with a strong focus on the objectives to be achieved. We are looking for professionals with a lot of autonomy and initiative. Good command of the English language (essential).
