FYNSA is looking for Junior Investment Analysts.
We are looking for professionals to join different teams of the group, focusing on quantitative and qualitative analysis of instruments and funds.

Requirements

• Commercial Engineering, Civil/Industrial Engineering, Economics.
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in financial/investment areas.
• Highly proficient in Excel.
• Interest in local and international markets.
• Intermediate to advanced English (required)

Main functions

• Prepare and automate monthly reports to internal/external customers.
• Analyze local and international funds; prepare rankings and quantitative/qualitative comparisons.
• Support research presentations (FYNSA and external suppliers).
• Keeping abreast of market conditions and underlying assets.
• Evaluate fixed income and equity instruments and funds, as well as alternative assets (private debt and equity, and real assets) under a multi-asset approach.
• Propose valuable ideas to improve portfolio management and performance.

Profile we are looking for
Motivated, analytical and methodical people, with high autonomy and initiative, self-management skills, excellent communication and collaborative work, focus on results and problem solving.

Pluses/desirables (not exclusive)

• Knowledge of Bloomberg, Morningstar/Allfunds or other platforms.
• Programming (Python/R) or handling queries for data analysis.
