At FYNSA, we are looking to hire a Risk Analyst to support risk management for our brokerage firm and our General Fund Manager.

We are looking for an industrial, commercial, management control, or related civil engineer with 0 to 3 years of experience in risk, financial analysis, or related areas in the financial industry (banks, brokerage firms, asset management companies, insurance companies, etc.). Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel and knowledge of data analysis tools (Power BI and/or Python desirable) will be highly valued.

The search focuses on individuals interested in developing their careers in the financial market, who want to make a real contribution to strengthening and operating a comprehensive risk management system for FYNSA, covering the monitoring of operational and financial risks (market, liquidity, credit), as well as the preparation of reports for senior management and regulators.

The position provides the opportunity to understand the overall functioning of the brokerage firm and the AGF, participating in daily controls, exposure analysis, monitoring of key risk indicators, and support in audit and regulatory compliance processes, complementing this vision with corporate aspects related to compliance and crime prevention.
