In Finanzas y Negocios S.A., FYNSA, a company linked to the financial and investment field, we are looking for a Real Estate Funds Analyst.

Commercial / Civil Engineer with 0-2 years of experience in real estate project analysis and evaluation of real estate and construction companies is required.

He/she must also have analytical skills to model and structure financial operations, as well as to evaluate the associated risks and be able to perform critical analysis of the macro real estate and demographic variables that affect the real estate market.

Perform document management and constant follow-up of the portfolio, which will include, among other tasks, review of financial statements, commercial follow-up, performance monitoring (IRR, MOIC, etc.) and prepare presentations for internal and external committees.
