Management Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Commercial Engineering or related, with at least 2 years of experience in operational positions, continuous improvement, processes, etc. in the financial area. Advanced Excel Advanced process modeling tools, such as MS Visio, Bizagi Modeler, PowerBI and Python (desirable), advanced English (required).
Its main functions will be:
Develop and implement the operating model for all businesses of the assigned company. Manage the attention to the different commercial channels, establishing service agreements and establishing productivity and efficiency metrics. Be responsible for the obligations to the regulator, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Conduct a process survey through interviews with key stakeholders.
- To draft the manuals, agreements and in general all the documents necessary to establish the company's operating model.
- Plan, implement, measure the start-up and subsequent entry into operation of the processes.
- Implementation of effective controls to mitigate the risks of the processes, through the generation and follow-up of the risk matrix.
- Provide all kinds of support to the front-office, regarding operative processes, opening of relations inside and outside Chile.
- Keep the board or committees updated on the area's performance.
- To be in charge of the company's regulatory schedule, with respect to complying in due time and form with the requirements of regulators, counterparties or clients.
- Keep updated on market trends and changes in financial and technological regulations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's financial processes and systems.
