Job Description At FYNSA, we are looking for an intern to join the IT Support department. The person will actively support Level 1 requirements for users: hardware, software, networks, etc.

Primary responsibilities

  • Windows/O365 User Account Management: Creation, modification, unlocking, new password assignments, etc.
  • Equipment Setup: Configure profiles, format and install Windows and corporate applications, patching, etc.
  • For reused equipment, the same as in the previous point, adding equipment cleaning.
  • Level 1 support and troubleshooting for users: hardware, software, networks.
  • Installation and transfer of users due to job changes
  • Management of the CMDB (Inventory of equipment and components)
