It’s often said that people vote with their feet. Even millionaires. According to Henley & Partners, a firm that advises high-net-worth individuals on residency and citizenship planning, following the hiatus caused by the pandemic in 2020, the relocation of millionaires has picked up pace again. 

The United Arab Emirates and Australia are the territories attracting the most high-net-worth individuals in 2022, with a net inflow of 4,000 and 3,500 individuals, respectively, according to projections by Henley & Partners. 

The Russian Federation and China, on the other hand, are the countries that will produce the most millionaires this year, with 15,000 and 10,000, respectively.
