Dubai. According to consulting firm Knight Frank, the price of luxury properties in the capital of this emirate on the Persian Gulf rose 44% in 2022. It was followed by Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia; Aspen, Tokyo, and Miami. Of the four Latin American cities considered in the study, Mexico City recorded the largest increase, 6.6%, followed by Sao Paulo, 5.1%, and Rio de Janeiro, 2.2%. Buenos Aires, meanwhile, recorded a decrease of 9.8%.
