Dubai. According to the consultancy firm Knight Frank, the price of luxury properties in the capital of this emirate facing the Persian Gulf rose by 44% in 2022. It was followed by Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia; Aspen, Tokyo and Miami. Of the four Latin American cities considered in the study, Mexico City posted the highest increase, 6.6%, followed by Sao Paulo, 5.1%, and Rio de Janeiro, 2.2%. Buenos Aires, meanwhile, recorded a 9.8% decrease.
