This Thursday, on the 15th anniversary of the 8.8° earthquake that struck Chile on February 27, the official handover of a new DS19 housing complex in the center of Concepción took place. The Bandera 928 project, developed in partnership with Núcleos as managing partner and Fynsa as investment fund manager, is aimed at social and territorial integration, and seeks to contribute to reducing the housing deficit in Chile.

During the symbolic activity, the local authorities handed over the keys to 75 beneficiary families, marking a milestone on their way to owning their own home.

This initiative responds to the need to increase the supply of housing, given the housing deficit in the country. The project consists of two towers and 298 apartments, 25% of which are for families in vulnerable segments, promoting social inclusion.

The strategic location of the project, close to key services such as health centers, supermarkets and recreational areas, makes it a quality alternative for those seeking a comfortable and accessible life. In addition, it offers green spaces and playgrounds, which improves the quality of life of its residents.

This DS19 housing development is not only a step towards urban renewal in Concepción, but also an example of Fynsa's commitment to sustainable growth, social equity and the development of housing opportunities. Through this initiative, Fynsa reaffirms its investment diversification strategy, balancing profitability with risk and ensuring solid demand thanks to the support of subsidies.
