ANSWER 

Italy. With 49.8 million hectoliters, this European country accounts for 19.3% of global wine production. It is followed by France, with 17.65%, and Spain, with 13.82%. Chile ranks sixth, with 4.82% of global production, followed by Argentina, with 4.43%.
