Pensions in Chile are once again at the center of the debate due to the proposed fifth withdrawal of funds and pressure to eliminate the individual savings system. The consulting firm Mercer publishes a Global Pensions Index. Do you know where Chile ranked among the 43 countries included in the 2021 study?
ANSWER
It ranks 16th, with a score of 67 points, just below New Zealand and above Belgium and the United States. Iceland topped the index, followed by the Netherlands, Denmark, and Israel.
