As companies prepare to meet the challenges of 2025, competitiveness in the Chilean labor market is being driven by key factors such as salary, a good working environment and work-life balance. But how do the most attractive companies position themselves?

In the survey conducted by Randstad, an international human resources consultancy, the top three favorite companies are Teck, BHP and Latam Airlines, followed by well-known firms such as Codelco and Antofagasta Minerals. However, the report also reveals that what really makes the difference when it comes to choosing a place to work is the way in which companies manage flexibility and the development of their human talent.

In this regard, companies face a key challenge: how to manage generational expectations. While baby baby boomers boomers value job security and financial compensation more highly, millennials value job security and millennials and Generation Z focus on a positive and flexible work environment. This diversity demands that companies adapt their policies to attract and retain talent.

Regarding the integration of artificial intelligence in the labor market, the document indicates that almost 20% of workers in Chile use it regularly. However, opinions about its impact are mixed: millennials and millennials are enthusiastic about its transformative potential, while older generations have a more conservative approach.

As technology advances and workers' expectations change, companies in Chile must adapt to remain competitive. Balancing job security with flexibility and innovation will be key to attracting and retaining talent.
